A Galentine's Woodland Sauna & Cold Plunge Retreat

Sauna @ Stubbs is hosting a soft launch event on February 14, 2026, ahead of its official opening in March. Located at Stubbs Copse Woodyard in Arundel, the "Galentine’s Woodland Sauna & Cold Plunge Retreat" offers an early look at the new bespoke woodland facility. The session is specifically designed for women and focuses on contrast therapy, combining heat from the sauna with a guided cold plunge to invigorate the nervous system.

The 105-minute experience includes a glass of Nosecco on arrival and complimentary salt scrubs. Attendees are advised to arrive "sauna ready" as on-site changing facilities are limited. Required items for the session include swimwear, two towels—one for use inside the sauna and one for drying—flip flops, and a water bottle. Participants will be required to sign a health disclaimer before the session begins.

This event marks the first public access to the site before it transitions to a full schedule next month. The retreat emphasizes mental resilience and physical recovery through the "fire and ice" method. While the soft launch is themed around Galentine's Day, the venue's broader opening in March will establish it as a permanent addition to the regional sauna circuit.
